- Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• It is returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
• The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is not part of our non-returnable category listed below.
Note: Items purchased during sale, promotion, or clearance events are not eligible for return or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Innerwear, lingerie, or swimwear
• Accessories such as earrings, belts, or scarves
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order garments

- Include your Order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we’ll share the return address or arrange pickup (if available in your area).
- After the product reaches us and passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
• Shipping and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video showing the issue.
• After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
