Within 24 hours, our team will reach out to set up a meeting to discuss your school’s uniform program in detail. We’ll assist you in selecting suitable materials, color combinations, and designs that align with your school branding.
We’ll also finalize digital artwork, pricing, and budget during this consultation.
To make uniform management easy for both schools and parents, we offer three convenient models: Online, Offline, and Hybrid — all part of our customized partnership program.
After Signing an Agreement
Once the program details for the upcoming school year are finalized, we’ll review everything with you for approval before production begins. After confirmation, our manufacturing team will start creating your school’s custom uniforms and adjusting inventory levels to ensure every student is ready before the first day of school.
Every Student in Their D’FIT Uniform on Day One
Within three weeks of signing the contract, your school’s custom D’FIT online portal will go live — complete with your school’s logo, uniform catalog, and ordering system.
Custom uniform products, including logo wear, will be ready to ship 2–3 weeks before your school’s opening date.
If your school opts for our inventory model, D’FIT will maintain a stock of uniforms and accessories year-round in our warehouse, allowing parents to place orders anytime — especially useful for new admissions mid-year.
Timely and Consistent Care Throughout the Year
Every school partner is assigned a dedicated account manager who stays in touch through regular updates, ensuring all commitments are met. Our team will also meet the school administration periodically to review program performance, address feedback, and discuss improvements.
Each December or January, D’FIT will present a detailed report of uniform sales and services for the year. This annual review provides the perfect opportunity to refine the uniform program for the next academic session.
