Start by sharing a few details about your company — your team size, job roles, preferred styles, and the type of uniforms your employees currently wear. This helps us design a customized program that suits your company’s culture, functionality, and branding needs.


What Happens Next

Within 24 hours, our team will reach out to schedule a meeting to understand your requirements in detail. During this session, we’ll guide you through fabric selection, color palettes, logo placement, and uniform designs.
We’ll also discuss your budget, delivery timelines, and distribution preferences, offering complete flexibility through three convenient models:

Online Option

Employees can browse and order their uniforms directly through our dedicated online portal. Sizes, measurements, and quantities can be selected online with full access to support via chat, phone, or email. Uniforms are shipped directly to each employee’s address — simple, fast, and fully managed by D’FIT.


Offline Option

Our D’FIT representative team will visit your company premises to assist employees with fabric selection, fitting, and order placement. Once ready, uniforms can be delivered to the company location or picked up directly from our distribution center.


Hybrid Option

We also offer a hybrid model that blends both online and offline options. Depending on your organization’s preference, we can tailor a combination of steps for maximum convenience and efficiency.


After Signing the Partnership Contract

Once the partnership agreement is in place, we’ll finalize your corporate uniform program, confirm samples, and begin production.
Within three weeks, your company’s custom D’FIT uniform portal will be launched — enabling smooth ordering, tracking, and management.

Custom-made uniforms, including all logo wear, are typically ready to ship within 6–8 weeks after final order placement.

If your company opts for our inventory model, we’ll maintain a dedicated stock of your uniforms and accessories at our warehouse — ensuring continuous availability and faster turnaround for new employees or replacements throughout the year.


Timely and Consistent Support All Year Round

Each corporate partner is assigned a dedicated account manager who will oversee your program, track deliveries, and maintain consistent communication with your administrative team.

Every December or January, our account manager will meet with your company’s administration to review the year’s performance — sharing detailed reports, product feedback, and recommendations for updates or improvements in your uniform program.
